What personal information will you hold about me?
The only personal employee data that is shared with MB Human Resources during the setup is the employee name and email address and this personal information is anonymised (pseudonymised) upon receipt.
How confidential is my survey response? Who can see it?
Management reports will not report on any group/team information with less than five people to protect people’s anonymity. Organisations, MB HR, Consultants or System Admin do not have any access to individual survey responses. Only an individual can view their own survey responses and individual’s access is controlled by secure username login and password.
How do I purchase Thrive?
